Principles of Exercise
Exercise is an absolute requirement for body strength and development. More people die from lack of exercise than from too much exercise. More people "rust out" than "wear out". Daily exercise is beneficial for people of all ages. Exercise not only promotes a sense of well-being and prevents disease, but it also aids in the recovery from disease.
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 bag of frozen blue berries
2.5 cups pure water
1 teaspoon super foods of choice (optional)
5 leafs of kale
You may want to add a little more water if you like your smoothie thinner.
This smoothie is full of important minerals, vitamins, healthy omega three fats, fiber, protein, and enzymes that are hydrating and easy to digest. This is a great way to add (wild edible greens) to your raw food diet. You won't even notice it.
